They aim to create an Ireland where young people are empowered with information to live active, happy and healthy lives. This is reflected by their work in providing easy access to relevant, reliable and non-judgemental information to their >200,000 readers monthly!
They aim to educate and inform about holistic wellbeing and how to maintain good health – both physically and mentally. The website contains excellent free resources that can help to navigate the parts and parcels of young adulthood.
