Transgender Equality Ireland from TENI

Transgender Equality Network Ireland (TENI) is a non-profit member-driven organisation that seeks to improve conditions and advance the rights and equality of trans people and their families. Founded in 2006, TENI engages with the community to promote the equality and wellbeing of the trans community in Ireland, with the dedication to end transphobia, including stigma, discrimination and inequality,

The organisation provides valuable information on lifehacks for trans people, guides for working professionals and resources on applying for a gender recognition certificate. They also provide support and services to improve the wellbeing of the community.

Debunking the Myths works with health psychologists and healthcare professionals to deliver educational workshops to senior cycle students in secondary schools. Celebrating the diversity of the community, we strive to foster an inclusive and all-engaging environment in our workshops. Discovering your gender identity is a life-long journey and exploring your gender identity is normal regardless of your age or sexuality.
